Australia: free standard shipping on A$59+ and free express shipping on A$109+.

United States: free standard shipping on US$99+. Standard shipping is US$15 below the threshold.

Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. Items must be unused, unworn and returned in original condition. Australian Consumer Law rights apply to faulty, damaged or misdescribed items.

Care

To preserve the finish of your Dear Luma piece, keep it dry and avoid perfume, lotion, sunscreen, sweat and cleaning products. Remove before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.

Store separately in a pouch or jewellery box and wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear. Gold plating and delicate finishes may naturally soften over time depending on wear, skin chemistry and care.
