Where do you ship from?

Orders are dispatched from Australia. Dear Luma is built for local Australian shopping, with clear shipping options and gift-ready packaging.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 7 days. Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with destination and carrier delays.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping applies to Australian orders of AUD $59 or more, and free express shipping to orders of AUD $109 or more. Standard shipping is AUD $6.95 and express shipping is AUD $12.95.

What is your return policy?

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Can I return earrings?

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned for change of mind once opened or worn. If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

Please email us at hello@dearluma.com.au with your order number and clear photos. Confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered under Australian Consumer Law, and we will cover reasonable return postage in those cases.

Are your pieces suitable for sensitive ears?

Skin sensitivity varies by person. Please check the material details on each product page before purchase. We don't recommend relying on any piece as guaranteed allergy-free unless that product specifically states the relevant material.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Avoid water, perfume, lotions and sweat where possible. Store each piece separately when not worn to reduce tarnishing, scratching and tangling.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Gift-ready packaging is available for selected items and sets. More gift options will be added as Dear Luma grows.

What is Dear Luma's style?

Dear Luma is inspired by the Australian coast: soft light, warm gold tones, natural pearls and everyday pieces that feel polished without being too formal.
